It’s clear that IQ has a heritable component. Studies in Western nations suggest IQ variance between individuals is 85% down due to genetic differences. A good estimate suggests an IQ for sub-Saharan Africa of either 78 or 80. Some of that difference in IQ between Africans and Europeans is going to be down to environmental circumstances. As an example, Africans in Congo eat cassava, which contains cyanide when improperly cooked. This results in cognitive impairment.
So the environmental component to the IQ difference is greater than 0. Simultaneously, we should not be in denial about the consequences. Even if 100% of the IQ difference is environmental, that doesn’t mean it goes away if Africans move to Europe, because parenting also influences a child’s outcome in life.
As migration continues from Africa into Europe, we can expect the average genetic IQ in Europe will decline, as it would be absurd to suggest the measured difference in IQ has no genetic component whatsoever. Below you can see an estimate for the future phenotypic IQ in Denmark, based on the evolving ethnic composition of the population:
Denmark is a relatively mild example of the problem, because Danish immigration is very low. Most of Europe is less lucky. For Western civilization in general, the author expects a decline in average IQ of 9.38 between 2011 and 2072. The consequences of this development for society will be highly problematic.
The estimate of -9.38 ignores decline in IQ due to increased mutations in the population. This is an inevitable issue that also pops up. In the past we weeded out genetic mutations in the population due to a high infant mortality rate of ~25%. Today the infant mortality rate is less than 1%. It´s much harder to put a number on this effect though.
But consider what will happen to youth in schools. In the Netherlands we have a situation where gangs of Moroccan and Turkish youth from neighboring towns go out to seek victims and forcibly undress them in front of the camera while violently assaulting them. In Belgium, there is teenage girl who was overthrown with flammable fluids by gangs of “youth”.
These are the sort of consequences of demographic change. The more the average IQ declines, the more cruel people become to each other, as they can’t think through the legal consequences of their actions. You can see that compared to the prediction in 2010 we had about ten times more immigrants than anticipated. You can also see the projected fertility rate below, where expectations were systematically higher than reality:
In other words: The native Dutch are dying out faster than expected, while immigrants are entering the country in greater numbers than expected. The entire transition to a violent and cruel low IQ society will thus unfold much faster than expected too.
The Dutch of course respond in the only way they know: Sign up for a 30 year mortgage to escape to neighbourhoods with “good schools”. But increasingly, it’s becoming impossible to flee.

Western Europe is in terminal decline, as is North America. Africa, the Middle East and South Asia are unfortunately doomed due to climate change. Much of Eastern Europe and Russia seem to be too depressing to live in judging by how much alcohol they consume.
