Your brain is a self-editing neural network, that generates the external world that you experience, in a manner compatible with your own neurochemistry and memories of the world. It aims to maintain plausible deniability in regards to the fact that it is generating the world you experience, thereby allowing you to fully immerse into it.
As an example, if you were to raise serotonergic activity in someone’s brain, the effect it would have is that the subject ends up experiencing a world in which they feel relatively more socially connected to other individuals of their own species, in a manner compatible with their own memories of the world and the rest of their neurochemistry.
This isn’t just the case in humans, it’s observed in octopuses and in grasshoppers too. Octopuses become more social when given MDMA, grasshoppers turn into locusts when serotonin concentrations in their brain increase dramatically.
Half the picture here is relatively obvious: Altering your neurochemistry will change the experiences you’ll go through in the future. As an example, a lot of people like to work, it makes them feel valued and thereby raises their self-esteem. They tend to take a drug called coffee, that contains caffeine and monoamine oxidase inhibitors, which slow down the breakdown of dopamine and serotonin. This puts them in the coffee mindspace.
The brain notices they enjoy feeling busy, they enjoy this sensation, their neurochemistry is altered in a manner that allows them to experience more of what they enjoy (feeling busy) and so the brain starts coming up with more scenarios where they get to enjoy what they like. As an example, they may be called on the phone during their day off. Then they can complain to other people, about how they are always “busy” and how things start falling apart when they’re away for a day.
That’s what they enjoy. You’re not going to understand any of this, until you realize that generally people don’t really understand what they enjoy: They enjoy what they seek out. Imagine some Russian veteran who has fought in every bullshit war since the collapse of the Soviet Union. He fought in the war of Transnistria against Moldova, he fought in Chechnya, he fought in Georgia, now he’s fighting in Ukraine.
Is he going to say: “Yeah I do this because I enjoy shooting at people and getting shot at.” No. He’ll tell you some story about how he is just doing his duty and he has to defend Russia against Western imperialists who are trying to destroy the country etcetera. But it’s quite clearly what he enjoys.
Would you want to play a role playing video game, where some guy goes on adventure and slaughters bandits and has to wander through the woods knees deep in snow at 3AM, just because he likes to do that sort of stuff? No, of course you don’t. There has to be some underlying mechanism that requires him to do that stuff.
Similarly, if I write a whole post about how tailing dams have to be maintained for decades after the mine is exhausted because otherwise they collapse and flood out over a whole village spewing toxic sludge everywhere, that’s just quite clearly what I happen to enjoy at some level. It’s not as if Justin Trudeau is going to read it and say: “You know what, let’s stop this whole tar sands project.”
So that’s one half of the picture. The other half, are your memories. You think of your memories as fixated: Your local priest raped you in the ass when you were ten, this has been completely fixated in your mind, you’re never going to forget about it, so now you enjoy being sodomized and/or sodomizing ten year olds yourself. Sorry, just sketching out the worst case scenario for you guys.
Or, you’re the second or third child in the family, you remember nobody ever really valuing you when you were young, so now you are forever seeking out experiences where you are valued, forever picking up the phone at 9PM while watching a movie with your girlfriend because some client called and nobody at the office knows how to handle it. Because that whole experience, of just being irrelevant, an afterthought, is fixated in your mind.
Well, the irony is, your memories are not really fixated either. They become more fixated as you grow older. You have connections between neurons in your brain, certain of those connections correspond to memories. Your brain uses beta amyloid to fixate those connections, thereby fixating the memories. Over time as you grow older more beta amyloid stacks up there, so the memories become very fixated.
You can break down amyloid, but your brain also uses it to reinforce its blood vessels, so attempts to break it down in elderly people tend to result in leaking blood vessels. There are various ways to break it down, there are commercial drugs, but a combination of serrapeptase and nattokinase works too, at least in rodents.
There are other aspects to consider too. When particular receptors are blocked, certain neurons just can’t communicate with each other and become dependent on other connections. That’s what muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonists like scopolamine do, along with NMDA receptor antagonists like ketamine. Why do people see terrifying monsters on Datura? Neurons become forced to make connections they would normally not make.
In women, scopolamine is a particularly effective depressant. The combination with ketamine has been observed to be synergistic. My explanation would be relatively simple: The combination allows the brain to force itself to route around particular memories. Neural connections that have unpleasant stories to tell can just be kicked out of the neural network.
There is occult knowledge to be found, in very anomalous neurological states. Everyone knows about the psychedelic experience by now. But stay up for more than 48 hours and you’ll learn interesting things too, although I doubt you’ll like them. If you take high doses of cannabis on a daily basis, you’ll arrive at the conclusion that nothing really matters, including that nothing matters. When taken on a regular basis, it generally depletes the brain of serotonin.
The neural network has a number of different possible states that are generally just incompatible. A good musician generally ends up with idiotic political positions, because music is about emotions, whereas in politics nefarious actors perfectly understand how to manipulate your emotions. The better the music, the worse their politics in general.
You’ll have to figure out what works for you, but you also have to keep in mind, that virtue is not really compatible with success in this world. The saints are hidden in this world. Deep compassion even, is hidden here, hidden behind cruelty and hate, whereas the gestures of compassion you see everywhere conceal an inner emptiness. The devils here dress up as angels and the angels dress up as devils. Your external reality is deceptive.
It might be in my interest to start taking serrapeptase and nattokinase. I’m incorporating niacin now, hoping it will help.
>You’ll have to figure out what works for you, but you also have to keep in mind, that virtue is not really compatible with success in this world.
This one little sentence is like a neutron bomb containing vast implications. I’m not sure you realize all of the implications, just yet.
Here’s to hoping.

I’ve been taking nattokinase, with or without serrapeptase, for three years now. I just took my blood pressure and it was 100/67. It was really low when I was young, and then started to go up. Now it is back down to low. Also for years and years my hands were totally freezing. But two days ago I went to visit a friend in the hospital and I felt that I had to overcome my embarrassment over having freezing hands since I really needed to pat his arm. Suddenly I realized that my hands were warm. And now I see that they have come to be warm all the time; I don’t know when the switch took place. It is very strange. I also take low dose methylene blue, maybe that is a factor. Either I’ve gotten rid of blockages or my endothelium is in great shape.
Interesting, I’ve also trying to be more consistent with my natto intake recently. I’m aiming for one of those styrofoam containers every day. I first learned about natto prior to COVID-19. Originally I ate it for it’s K2 content (one container contains approximately 500% of the RDI of K2, highest dietary source on the planet, it’s in the MK-7 form which I believe your body can convert into the MK-4 form). K2 is amazing for dental health, it prevents (and arguably heals) cavities, I’m pretty sure it can also break down the calculus/tartar/plaque on teeth.
And of course the nattokinase is great for endothelial health and degrading the spike protein. Radagast said stir the natto to hear it sizzle to ensure adequate nattokinase content, but I’m not sure why my natto would be lacking nattokinase in the first place. It’s made in Japan (I buy it in an Asian supermarket), contains only two ingredients (soybeans and the specific strain of bacteria, I don’t bother with the mustard and soy sauce included), so would it not contain adequate nattokinase. I usually let it sit in the fridge for at least a few days after taking it out of the freezer so that it can ferment some more, yum, I love the taste, slimy gooey goodness. You should see the look on my brother’s face when he sees me eating it LOL, interestingly it doesn’t taste like it smells (sweaty socks), to me it tastes delicious.
I bought serrapeptase supplements and Lion’s Mane supplements a while ago also, but they’ve been lying unopened in my house. I should add both for a synergistic effect. I originally bought these supplements for my parents but unfortunately they don’t seem to be interested in taking them despite my attempted persuasion, unfortunately my Man now has high blood pressure that may have been caused by AstraZeneca, I will try again to get them to take some of these supplements.
I also bought nicotine 2mg mint lozenges to try but they just made me feel really nauseous and dizzy, not sure if I’ll try them again or not.
I also found a few days ago a vegan cafe/dispensary near me that sells CBD, I bought paste and cannabutter, turns out they also sell bud/flower, I was surprised, didn’t know that this was legal where I am, they grow it in Switzerland apparently, so I am now researching vape pens to try it out.
Steve Kirsch has suddenly gone blind in one eye.
He blames it on taking supplements such as nattokinase which is a blood thinner, and other supplements he ignorantly took on bad advice.
Combined with his diabetes they severely damaged him.
I’ve been perfectly healthy without any artificial drugs or supplements.
When in doubt DON’T.
Yes, some of the nattokinase dosages that I read of people taking look worrisome. I’m taking one boring 4000 FU capsule a day on an empty stomach (taking it with food gives me stomach cramps), and none on the days that I take one serrapeptase capsule. I give my husband two capsules since he is 6’4″ and weighs about 280 pounds, but he only gets them a few times a week. That amount of nattokinase plus (e.g.) curcumin might be too much blood thinning; who knows. When Kirsch had covid he posted what he was taking and I made a copy of the list; it was crazy how many supplements he was consuming.
Karen, you’re prescribing your husband two capsules a day of nattokinase but “he only gets them a few times a week.”
Did I hear that right?
Why?? For what purpose?
“Might be too much blood thinning; who knows.”
Are you nuts? What qualified you to do this to him?
I wrote that that amount PLUS E.G. CURCUMIN might be too much for blood thinning. I am not giving him any other blood thinners.
He gets the nattokinase a couple of times a week because he was vaxxed three times. He won’t eat natto. Nattokinase breaks down spike protein.
What qualifies me? I guess I am not his doctor, who gave him the three vaxxes. I would say that is enough to qualify me, really. I do have an advanced degree in a field that requires research and analysis skills (from a top four institution with an extremely low acceptance rate that you would have heard of); that may help. But really it is funny that you are asking what qualifies me. Haven’t you learned anything about experts yet? What qualifies Rintrah?
I’ve had really bad luck with Lion’s Mane. I tried it three times (the Stamets version) and I felt much worse on it.
Sorry that should say:
“unfortunately my *Mam* now has high blood pressure”
And it should say:
“so I’m not sure why it wouldn’t already contain adequate nattokinase content.”
Interesting. I’ve had hot hands for two months, take none of those supplements.
I attributed it to having another mild flare of my Psoriatic arthritis. Question- is anyone else having similar symptoms?
ECT works best for me.
> ECT works best for me.
Try putting the electrodes on your schlong.
New worlds await you.
I did, using the piezo ignition system from my nat gas kitchen range.
It felt good, real good.
Until the burner lit up and I slipped off from the step ladder.
There’s a thought
“that generates the external world that you experience, in a manner compatible with your own neurochemistry”
Problem: The concepts of “neurochemistry” and “brain” are the results of the external world being generated by the mind.
The rules that govern our perception currently dictate that we perceive entities like “brain” and “seratonin” and “neurons,” and these are fairly stable patterns in the modern human experience. Nonetheless, we have little to no direct access to the transcendent reality that generates the phenomena of our existence.
Ever since the “miracle” of nattokinase was made popular during the pandemic for treating various Covid ailments, I had kept seeing mentions here and there that natto can actually dissolve pre-existing plaque buildup.
My father has plaque buildup in his carotid arteries. So whenever I would encounter some supposed “health influencer” online, I would ask them about it. My efforts were lackluster.
The usual jive is that natto *prevents* the *accumulation* of all sorts of protein deposits.
But I wanted to know if it can be used to actually LYSE pre-existing plaque.
I never got a good answer from all the alt-med “experts”. There was one study as I recall, but I think it was one of those underpowered weird studies on rats.
One would imagine that a natural substance that could dissolve plaque formation would be shouted from the rooftops.
Hm
>I had kept seeing mentions here and there that natto can actually dissolve pre-existing plaque buildup.
It’s true:

I’m not sure I understand you.
If you’re saying/implying that I write/wrote the script of my life/reality, then I’m just gonna say here for the record that I didn’t/don’t.
I play my part, sure, but this ain’t my story.
Boomer tier comments section, wtf is wrong with you all suddenly?
Expect people to generally get dumber as time goes on, unless they’re taking care of themselves both physically AND energetically (almost no one does this).
I noticed a drop in IQ from the age of about 22 to 30.
Unmeasured, I estimate about 132-138, dropped to 128-134, again unmeasured.
I thought it was the result of mental illness throughout my 20s, overdoses of marijuana, and excessive alcohol consumption (approaching but not reaching alcoholism).
