The Favourite (2018)

So nothing too profound for today, but I felt like recommending a movie. I consider this one rather underrated. The Favourite is about two aristocratic women at the English court, two cousins, who find themselves competing for the affection of the queen of England, queen Anne. It’s a movie about betrayal, with a profound message about the curse of power. And importantly, it’s the kind of art AI can’t make.

Lately I have mostly been watching horror movies, but after a good dose of Psilocybe mushrooms I have recovered the attention span and empathy I need to enjoy a movie like this. Unlike horror, I watch this sober. It is entirely about subtle social nuances, the sort of stuff that tends to be entirely lost on straight men (especially when they’re stoned).

There are basically three things that draw me to costume dramas like this. First of all, I’m drawn to any story about power. I love the Death of Stalin for the same reason, it’s basically a costume drama set in the 1950’s. Second, the aesthetics are amazing. And third, I have an old girlfriend who infected me with this. Breakups hurt, because you end up carrying other people inside you and they take a piece of you with them too.

  1. I’ve recently been replaying the Spyro the Dragon games, from my childhood. They remastered them with updated graphics a few years back, but it’s the exact same games. It’s a platformer: you’re a dragon, you fly around and explore different levels and collect gems and free dragons and stuff. It’s super fun, they have it on Steam now. There’s nothing about betrayal or whatever, or the dark side of human nature for the most part, nothing really cynical about the world within the games at all, it’s just fun. I think you can get lost down an endless rabbit hole of cynical bullshit, it can colour your entire reality if you let it. It’s important to understand the evils in the world and to resist and fight them, yes, but there’s no need to let it all become a pivotal part of your inner world, if that makes sense. You don’t have to revel in it, or endlessly immerse yourself in media about the life experiences of psychopaths or craven power-hungry social climbers or the way they think. It’s not as interesting as it may initially seem, in the end they don’t carry much more spiritual depth than insects do.

People look at the way that this world is, and I think they sometimes assume it’s the only way things could ever be. We’re in a hell realm, it’s the cosmic equivalent of being born in the Congo and assuming that living in a shantytown and watching everyone around you die of malaria is the only possible mode of existence, and that nothing different exists elsewhere in different places or times. The shitty behaviour of the people in this world, is a reflection of the world itself – one where transcendental love does not exist beyond isolated cases of good individuals and everything is defined solely by a predatory struggle for power and dominance. This world used to be something else, as well. It’s a long story. The world is a corpse, we’re prisoners of an ancient cosmic war situated on a spiritual farm.

As for ‘carrying other people inside you [and they take a piece of you with them too]’ – Energetically, there are these phenomena called ‘energetic cords’ which can form when we have emotionally taxing or overall negative interactions with others, they siphon your energy over time. They can be perceived as actual, like, black cords of negative energy that come out from your energy body and attach to the other person. Most people have many of these. Fragments of your spiritual energy can also be displaced out of yourself when you undergo traumatic events, though it is possible, I am told, to retrieve these over time. You can usually tell that you have such a problem, if you spend a lot of time thinking about some person and to do so continually causes you pain. Living in a world where spiritual hygiene is almost unknown, is a bit like imagining a world where nobody pays attention to physical hygiene, and they attempt to work around the myriad problems this inevitably causes in utterly silly ways. Yes, if you poop in the village wellwater you’re going to get ill when you drink it later, and likewise if you constantly immerse yourself in sinister experiences in a world like this, you’ll eventually get ‘spiritually ill’ too.

    • Lmao this is so true and hardly anyone seems to notice it. So many of these sick tranny freaks are just testosterone-amped dudes who are living out their fag dreams

  2. Hello.
I want to ask for your opinion on the new GMO vaccine for dengue: Qdenga.
Jan 2024, Brazil began vaccinating its population with Qdenga. Now, the total number of cases rised 3.5 fold, fatality 5 fold, CFR 1.38 fold.
    https://www3.paho.org/data/index.php/en/mnu-topics/indicadores-dengue-en/dengue-nacional-en/252-dengue-pais-ano-en.html
Qdenga can cause viremia, and it’s a GMO product, with gene-edited viruses.
So, I seek for your opinion on this: can this GMO product cause another large scale disaster like the Covid mRNA jabs?
(Well, I also wonder if Gates’ modified mosquitoes are causing mosquito outbreak everywhere. But I guess that is a question that we can not have evidence to tell.)

    • Yes, Dengue is just about the worst virus you can mass vaccinate against, considering we know almost all the severe cases are a consequence of antibody dependent enhancement from reinfection by different serotypes.

In fact, there are studies that suggest the rise in Dengue is a consequence of cross-reactive SARS2 antibodies. We’ve already seen a catastrophic failure of Dengue vaccination in the Philippines, but they apparently insist on continuing to try it.

      • I feel like the world is in a loop, they make problem, then circumvent it with some dishonest “solutions”, which cause more problem, then repeat…
at some time, the snowball won’t be able to stop anymore…

      • Are there any vaccines which you believe

        1. Have been a success [in eliminating a dangerous disease]
        2. Are worth injecting into children today

Lswm theory starts that measles was already basically gone by the time the vaccine for it arrived, and that polio was caused either by the vaccine for polio or widespread use of pesticides

        • Like almost every other technology, we start out with the low hanging fruit, until eventually we end up with vaccines that just make things worse.

Smallpox vaccination was a great succes. Dengue vaccination? Not so much.

          • >If you were a child born now, which vaccines would you want to be injected with?

I’m glad that I don’t have any children, it means I won’t have to make that decision.

  3. I don’t know why I’m telling you all of this, but I’m fully convinced that the Author of Templist Canon is a descendant of both the House of York, and Adolf Hitler. I haven’t told anyone else this, it seems silly of me to even think this, but let me explain my reasoning.

Before I learned of Templism, I had a dream of two great eagles dueling over the earth, tearing at each-other with their beaks and talons. After one of the eagles had been wounded, he fled south, and rested on a mountain. When the wounded eagle healed, he flew north only to find the other eagle sickly. The southern eagle nursed the northern eagle back to health, bringing it rabbits and hares. When both eagles were healthy, they both flew east together, and the dream ended.

I didn’t understand what the dream really meant until later, so I dismissed it, but it felt important enough that I never forgot it.

A while-after this, I had learned of Templism and began my 50 day fast. (Fat, had to lose the weight.) That dream seemed to be on my mind more and more as my fast went on, and I didn’t know why.

On the 47th day of my fast, I had only what could be described as a “vision” I saw a great tower overlooking a beautiful medieval city, a knight quickly escorting two young boys dressed as girls out of the tower, and two other boys screaming as they were burned alive. At the end of the vision, the words “The Tower Princes did not burn.” were left etched in my mind.

I was confused, and slightly horrified, but I also became obsessed with uncovering what that vision meant. Looking up “The Tower Princes” I became familiar with Edward V and Prince Richard of the House of York, sons of King Edward IV of England, who many believe were murdered in the Tower of London by their usurping Uncle, Richard III; who had crowned himself King after imprisoning them.

Reading about the Princes of the Tower, I learned that there was much controversy and conspiracy concerning the deaths of the Tower Princes, with many believing that that they hadn’t been killed. In the historical accounts of Thomas More, he wrote that the constable of the Tower of London, Robert Brackenbury, hadn’t wanted to kill the children at all.

“For example, in Thomas More’s version of the life of Richard III, More says that after the coronation on 6 July 1483 and while on his way to Gloucester, Richard sent John Green to Brackenbury with written orders for Brackenbury to kill the princes. Brackenbury, says More, replied “that he would never put them to death, though he should die therefore”. So Richard then ordered Sir James Tyrrell to go to Brackenbury with a letter by which he was commanded to deliver to Sir James all the keys of the Tower for one night, “to the end he might there accomplish the King’s pleasure”. ”

After I learned this fact, I began to dream more and more about about the Tower Princes. Within fragmented and separate dreams I began to see a more coherent picture of the Tower Prince’s fates.

My dreams showed me that when Brackenburry’s pleas for clemency for the Princes were ignored by Richard the Third, Brackenbury started a plot to save the lives of the Princes himself.

Brackenbury replaced Edward V and Prince Richard with two peasant boys that he had abducted by men loyal to him. Brackenbury dressed the peasant boys up as the Princes, and sent them to live in the Prince’s quarters. Meanwhile, Brackenbury had dressed up the Tower Prince’s in girl’s dresses, and sent them to the servant’s quarters to hide while waiting for James Tyrrell to show up.

James Tyrrell was both stupid and cruel, and his underlings, Miles Forrest and John Dighton, were both selected by him for sharing similar qualities. The three of them suspected nothing when they found the peasant boys dressed in royal finery in the Prince’s quarters. Miles Forrest and John Dighton smothered the peasant boys to death in their beds, before quickly burying them that same night.

Shortly after, a knight loyal to Brackenbury, who I cannot name, his name lost to history, and my dreams not typically giving names. (I had to pieces things together from both the dreams and a reading of history.) Smuggled the two Princes, still dressed as girls, outside the tower. I remember very vividly the unnamed knight explaining to the guards at the gate that “He was taking these serving girls to their grandparents, on the orders of Lord Brackenbury.” and getting away scot-free.

My dreams then showed me the Princes being deposited on some farm somewhere, where they were told “To be as peasants, until you’re retrieved.” The unnamed knight gave a farmer a handful of coins to adopt the two boys, and then left.

For reasons I do not know, the two boys were never retrieved. Left to live as peasants for the rest of their lives. My dreams quickly showed a “montage” of them growing up, marrying, having children, and then passing away of natural causes.

Throughout my dreams, the “montage” continued, showing me the lives of the descendants of Edward V and Prince Richard. Most of the details are irrelevant, though my dreams did show me that the descendants of the Tower Princes did end up as fairly successful merchants. The end of this series of dreams showed me the Tower Prince’s descendants immigrating to English Argentina sometime in the 1800s.

Now here’s where shit gets really schizo.

After my dreams involving the Princes were over, I started to dream about Hitler.

My first dream showed a plane landing on a makeshift runway, Hitler and Eva Braun quickly getting into before it lifted off.

In my next dream, I saw Hitler and Eva boarding a submarine, in what I presume to be Spain.

My next dream shows Hitler in the Jungle, surrounded by men in old German uniforms. The men hail Hitler before a meeting begins, Hitler seems tired.

In the next of my dreams, I saw a slightly older Hitler standing over Eva at her death-bed. Eva was sick, and I can still feel the visceral sadness just radiating off of Hitler in that dream.

My next dream shows Hitler marrying a girl much younger than himself, he seems melancholy about the whole ordeal, though not cruel towards his new wife.

After the dream about Hitler’s wedding, I started to dream about the Prince’s descendants again, learning more about them in-time. At some point, I realized, that the girl that married Hitler was one of the decedents of Edward the Fifth himself!

Upon waking up from that dream, I lied in my bed in wonder, and slowly another hallucinatory “voice” arose in my mind. The voice was not auditory in nature, but it was able to “speak” to me all the same. It was like thoughts coming from outside my mind.

The voice said that Hitler and Eva had escaped to Spain, then to Colombia, whereupon he lived among other escaped National Socialists for ten years. By 1955, Eva Braun had come down with sickness, and quietly passed away.

Upon Eva’s death, the “voice” communicated to me that Hitler had moved to Argentina, whereupon he met girl who he would marry next, the descendant of Edward the Fifth. I idly wondered why Hitler would marry this girl, but the “voice” would not say. I get the feeling it is not for me to know.

There are declassified CIA documents that support my dreams that I only learned about after experiencing them, search up “The claims of Phillip Citroen” who was a SS soldier who knew Hitler during his time in Colombia.

The voice then “told” me one final thing, that a man I knew was the great grandchild of Hitler and this unnamed woman of royal blood.

I immediately knew that was the Author, for previously stated reasons.

    • Never trust so wholeheartedly in dreams, dude. They can, at times, be inspired by the divine (everything is inspired by the divine, ultimately), but more often their immediate cause is something devilish. A lot of people don’t want to acknowledge with this, but the general truth is that usually dreams are just an ego mirror. You’re not learning something; you’re becoming entrapped in your preexisting way of seeing things. It’s the same thing as taking your waking thoughts as profound revelations. They’re not; they’re speculation in the etymological sense of that word.

    • >I don’t know why I’m telling you all of this, but I’m fully convinced that the Author of Templist Canon is a descendant of both the House of York, and Adolf Hitler.

I don’t know why you’re telling me all of this either.

First of all I’m not interested. I’m not going to read any of it.

Second, it’s entirely unrelated to my post.

If you want to make comment after comment about some book I never read, you can just make your own blog and then you can post about it there and post a link here if you insist.

I constantly have to delete your posts, because you post while drunk or just post disgusting stuff in very poor taste.

      • So, after an incident, I went ahead and put a filter for manual approval, on any comments that contain the word “philodutchman”. I figured that would solve the problem I had. But what happened instead, is that we now have a “philoduchman”.

I don’t like banning people and I don’t like being unkind, I figured you’d get the message. But instead of getting the message, you circumvent it. That’s rude.

I’m just going to explain this for everyone. How normal conversation works when you’re a reasonably socially competent adult is as following:

You bring up a topic that interests you, then you check for feedback.

        Positive feedback looks as following:

        “Oh really?”

        “Woah”

        “Wait, why?”

This is an invitation for elaboration.

Negative feedback tends to look like silence.

Then when you receive negative feedback, you round it up. Doesn’t matter if it’s really fascinating to you.

What happens if one person takes over an entire comment section is that the quality degrades and people get annoyed and leave.

And I have asked multiple times, that if you want to post this total crap about your dreams about Hitler etc, you can just use the Boys Groupchat for that.

But apparently that’s too much to ask too.

So now you have an IP ban and any of your comments will be held for manual approval.

        • > What happens if one person takes over an entire comment section is that the quality degrades and people get annoyed and leave.

True, and I am now taking a conscious effort to avoid posting off-topic comments. Looking back at some of my old comments on here is kinda cringe, so apologies for that.

          > So, after an incident, I went ahead and put a filter for manual approval, on any comments that contain the word “philodutchman”. I figured that would solve the problem I had. But what happened instead, is that we now have a “philoduchman”.

          > I don’t like banning people and I don’t like being unkind, I figured you’d get the message. But instead of getting the message, you circumvent it. That’s rude.

I agree can SYM endlessly posting about Templism is off-putting, but I must clarify:

It was always “Philoduchman”, not “Philodutchman”.

My OCD causes me to notice these things. SYM was not deliberately trying to be rude and circumvent the ban. Just look at the first comment that he left on this post (or any of his old comments for that matter) and you will see that it was always “Philoduchman”.

          > Second, the aesthetics are amazing.

I’m not much of a cinema person, but Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is one of my favourite films. I saw it four times in the cinema, the cinematography and soundtrack is amazing. It came out at the end of Summer 2019, so right before the whole world went to complete shit. Here’s one of the best scenes, imagine how great it would’ve been living in Los Angeles in the late 60’s:

          https://youtu.be/VawucwabFDQ?si=T8dlo5xbswCUcXtO

I will probably see Joker 2 when it comes out in a few days.

It’s just old stuff you young people should reacquaint yourselves with
