The Gallbladder Removal Surgery Diet

Not many people know this, but all the official dietary recommendations are bunk! You should not eat low fat diets, because fat doesn’t make you fat. Americans have only grown more obese since the introduction of low fat foods. Rather, (trigger warning) carbohydrates makes you fat!

The human body actually functions best on ketosis, which is the natural state when we avoid plants high in (trigger warning) carbohydrates. It turns out all that official dietary advice is wrong and you should instead listen to guys on Twitter for dietary advice, especially if they make good memes and look like alpha males.

Join me, in following the Keto diet, or as some patriots call it, the gallbladder removal surgery diet!

You see, we didn’t evolve to eat grains (full of gluten, phytates and (trigger warning) carbohydrates), our ancestors were hunter gatherers, who evolved to have their gallbladders surgically removed! Even today, gallbladder removal surgery is still a traditional right of passage among the Inuit in Alaska and the Hadza hunter-gatherers in Africa, you are not considered a real man until you have had your gallbladder surgically removed.

Unfortunately George Soros, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab and Oatly drinking, Beyond Meat eating preachy vegan soycucks who are useful idiots for the billionaires are trying to keep people in the dark about this. The same elites pushing the “dumping carbon into the atmosphere is a bad idea” hoax are pushing the “gallbladders are a useful part of human anatomy” hoax.

Most Europeans mistakenly think they already figure out how to eat healthy as children. You eat brown bread full of fiber, a lot of fruit and vegetables and avoid sugary soft drinks and excess dairy and meat. It’s really not that difficult, at least, that’s what brainwashed Europeans think. But low status white male Americans realize we actually evolved to eat a diet that both owns the libs and result in them having to manually scoop out hard turds from their anus (fuck fiber) and the surgical removal of their gallbladder.

According to brainwashed Europeans, you people are so stupid, you need to be taught how to eat. But in contrast to Europe, where people will happily eat food for slaves, the elites can not leave a bunch of “freedom-loving hardworking patriotic alpha males” together in the same room unattended, because if they don’t pay attention they’ll teach each other that it’s normal to scoop hard turds out of your anus and have your gallbladder surgically removed.

I used to think it’s useful to explain to low status white male Americans that it’s bad for us to change the atmosphere and we need to stop dumping excess carbon dioxide into it. I was wrong. That’s not useful. I bought into another hoax that Americans can see through, just as they are smart enough to see through the official dietary recommendations that feature bread, fruit and vegetables. LSWM Americans see through every elitist plot.

In Europe it is generally believed that except for a handful of children with treatment resistant epilepsy there are hardly any people who benefit from a ketogenic diet. And yet American MDs are arguing to LSWMs who signed up for these low carb diets that it’s normal to have LDL cholesterol above 260.

In uncivilized parts of the world like Europe, we believe a scientific debate is eventually settled, because we’re boot-licking authoritarians who don’t believe in free speech and hate freedom. How old is the Earth? Does the Earth revolve around the sun? Do humans and chimpanzees have a common ancestor? Is the climate changing? Is it caused by humans? Does smoking cause lung cancer? Does high cholesterol cause heart attacks? What should you eat to stay healthy?

These are not really things we debate anymore over here. We think that at some point a scientific debate is supposed to be settled, it’s not supposed to go on forever. And yes, most of the time, the boring answer all the boring people take for granted is in fact just correct, or so we believe (because we’re gullible).

In America these discussions just go on forever, because eventually there’s always some genius who figures out that THEY WERE LYING and then he makes his own Rumble documentary or he gets invited on the Joe Rogan experience and the elite’s plan to make us eat bread, fruit and vegetables falls apart.

God bless America.

  1. I’m glad you now realise the error of your ways. A gallbladder is a pathetic excuse for an organ. In fact, if you look closely at a gallbladder it does look similar in shape to an ovary. I removed mine myself without any gay morphine or doctors using just a stanley knife. Unfortunately my cunt ex must have taken the opportunity to rub an infectious agent onto the wound while I was sleeping as I ended up with sepsis and a six month stay in the ICU.

  2. Quote: “We think that at some point a scientific debate is supposed to be settled, it’s not supposed to go on forever.”

We? Don’t speak for me because real scientists know that science is never settled. In the moment you settle something, it’s a dogma.

Quote: “Does the Earth revolve around the sun?”

According to General Relativity (which I don’t believe, but hey, it’s consensus) you can say both, Earth revolves the Sun, and Sun revolves the Earth. Both is physically true, because motion is always relative in this theory, and never absolute.

You see? Even this simple question can’t be settled.

  3. I have observed on several instances a vegetarian mostly keto diet very useful in circumstances of insulin dependent type 2 diabeties, so as to get off from the injections. The subject people did however have blurry vision and difficulty focusing on fine text. No other problems observed.

  4. It’s kind of interesting that the keto diet has been getting more popular at the same time as the Lone Star Tick is expanding its range, making more and more people ALLERGIC to meat.

  5. “Does smoking cause lung cancer?”

Astonishingly, Richard Lindzen still maintains that there’s no link.

Also I’m curious, what is your current VO2 max?

  6. You’re not picturing what it is like to grow up with only toxic food, or being genetically inclined to eat it. My brother died three years ago at age 57 from cirrhosis due to obesity. To the very end he could not stop himself from eating Starbursts (ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil; Less Than 2% Of: Citric Acid, Tapioca Dextrin, Gelatin, Apple Juice From Concentrate, Modified Corn Starch, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Colors (Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1)). He was a psychology professor and our parents had never fed us junk and he knew just what was up, but he could not resist (he also had borderline personality disorder, which didn’t help). He told me exactly how it felt to eat a Starburst; what part of his brain it affected.

Starbursts, Hot Pockets, Big Macs, those are American food. These keto guys have found a way to eat that doesn’t feel so toxic; that doesn’t make them feel sick in the usual way. They are trying to fix things.

Even American brown bread mostly sucks; not everyone lives in Berkeley. Here are the ingredients of “100 Percent Whole Wheat Bread” from Dollar Tree: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Contains Less than 2% of Soybean and/or Canola Oil, Salt, Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Dough Conditioners (Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Ethoxylated Mono and Diglycerides, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes), Yeast Nutrients (Monocalcium Phosphate, Calcium Sulfate, Ammonium Sulfate), Lactic Acid, Soy Lecithin.
And, grains and legumes in the U.S. are typically sprayed with roundup at harvest time, to dry the plant out for easier harvesting.

An old lady in my condo complex remarked to me a few years ago how fat everyone seemed. I said to her “If you suddenly saw all of the squirrels in the neighborhood looking fat, what would you think?” She said, “That they had been poisoned.”

I don’t know if the brain-fuck of American food can be remedied. There isn’t any cure for other addictions. But depending on what “carbs” the keto guys aren’t eating, they might be better off eating keto. I think they shouldn’t because of animals, but that is a different matter.

  7. The vast majority of Americans have their gallbladders removed because of the high sugar diet and processed foods they eat. It’s not because they’re eating like Shawn Baker. Not saying only eating meat is a good thing, but I think it’s incorrect to blame our poor health in America on meat. All these screenshots of people claiming the keto diet ruined their gallbladder, were probably on the precipice of needing it removed anyway. It just happened to coincide with their new diet. I’ve known several people who had their gallbladders removed, and none of them were hardcore carnivores. Most of them just ate crappy processed shit (think chips, pizza, fast food, etc) like most Americans.

    • Eating meat is not keto. It is the complete opposite. All of that massive hit of protein only gets turned into glucose, just in a more complex way. Keto = fat and very low carbs. For example, a breakfast of 2 x large Avocados with some coconut oil and some assorted mixed nuts with a cucumber and eat some raw Broccoli and mushrooms.

    • This evening I was in a zoom religious reading group and one of the rural participants shared photos of a new custom in his area. They have loads of kids, so they like birthdays. On a kid’s first birthday they give the kid an entire big cake for himself to explore. So I saw photos of this guy’s one year old granddaughter with a huge cake in front of her and her mashing her fingers through it and then gobbling lots and lots. According to one of the people in the group sometimes the kid is not too interested in eating any cake so some has to be stuffed into their mouth to get things going. I have to say that the kid in the photos did not look all that thrilled, but then she has probably had covid a few times now and that could explain her flat affect.

  8. Lol.

    I love your zealotry.

I suspect the truth is simple. Our bodies our tightly regulated and highly homeostatic and can withstand a certain degree of biological insult.

Myopic reductionism is probably a distraction.

I believe the keto diet is good for diabetics and the clinically obese, who need to lose weight fast.

It’s probably not a good long term diet for anyone apart from diabetics.

You will find keto fanatics offering studies in support of their position. You will find vegetarians offering studies in support of their position.

It seems both perspectives have “The Science” on their side.

What do both have in common?

    NO PROCESSED FOOD

    NO CHEMICAL SYNTHETIC CRAP

That’s probably the common denominator that explains the seeming difference.

    • >You will find keto fanatics offering studies in support of their position. You will find vegetarians offering studies in support of their position.

      >It seems both perspectives have “The Science” on their side

Except you’re not going to find any centenarians on the keto diet.

You’re just going to find fat people who die young.

  9. I’ve recently discovered one of life’s underrated pleasures is torturing keto/carnivore people on social media with pics of giant bowls of pasta and veg or bruschetta with a large glass of cold beer. They go completely cortisol ballistic on you:

“Beer is estrogenic you fucking moron! You’ll be dead before you’re 50 eating tomatoes everyday. I bet you took the clot shot!”
