War is good

The most radical feminists tend to understand the human predicament better than the liberal ones, as per hoof iron theory. Gearhart suggested that only 10% of our species should be born male. Historically this is accomplished through violence: The males kill each other. Among lions you see two or three lionesses per lion, because the young males tend to be killed by each other.

It’s women’s nature to wish to compete for men. You see this in British towns every Friday night, they dress for a world in which most men went off to conquer foreign lands for the crown. The transgender phenomenon is another example of trying to solve this paradox of having more men than we know what to do with. Bonobos solve this problem with endless sex, but this does not work for humans, because we are the apes that were forced out of the Garden after finding out the connection between sex and childbirth.

The other problem we’re dealing with is excessive life expectancy. We’re just not supposed to grow very old. Your teeth tend to be first to reveal this reality. You get two sets, one for childhood and one that is supposed to last you the rest of your life. If your first set lasts a couple of years, why would the next set be meant to last decades? It makes no sense whatsoever.

Evolution expects most of us to be dead before our thirties, it’s how this thing we call life is meant to unfold. Victorians spent every day buttoning and unbuttoning. Do you never grow tired of taking care of your teeth? All this endless brushing, flossing, going to the dentist to fill cavities. You only do it because you know you’ll be old one day and wish to spare your old self excessive indignities.

The closest we ever came to solving this contradiction is through war. War is the best solution we ever came up with for the human predicament. It gets rid of excess males in a giant ritual sacrifice for the Gods, who feast on human flesh. Normal healthy males are attracted to war.

When the first world war broke out, there were celebrations in Germany. The fact that you struggle to comprehend why people would celebrate just shows how far we have strayed as a species from biological reality.

We’re often offered propaganda against war, but note how this propaganda always originates from men who survive the war. You’re not supposed to survive the war! To make anti-war propaganda palatable to men always requires showing them what appeals to war in the first place: It is a dignified death, which is sorely lacking in today’s society.

Women should work. Women enjoy working. You can easily tell the difference. Women are two thirds of college graduates by now. Unemployed women become actively suicidal. Unemployed men don’t seem to suffer nearly as badly. They take drugs, they go to the gym, they play video games and generally manage to keep themselves entertained.

You can get women to care about petty things. Keeping a house clean, taking care of the elderly and the young, keeping clothing clean and pretty. My father would walk around town with a rope through his pants until my mother told him not to pick her up in the clothing store she worked at with a piece of hemp rope through his pants. You just can’t get men to genuinely care about any of this.

Men don’t enjoy work. Men don’t even enjoy pretty things. Men enjoy sex and violence. You can barely get men to do farmwork to sustain themselves and most will consider it a deep humiliation. Every society that had work to do other than farmwork left it for women and the genderless, some punished religious minorities like the Jews with having to work.

I remember attending one of the climate demonstrations in Amsterdam. A bus full of arrested activists was driving down the road and the rest of us reacted by standing hand in hand in front of the bus. The bus and the police vehicles started blaring their horns and for a moment amidst the deafening sound I caught a vague glimpse of that war instinct every healthy man has. For a brief moment it felt like my life has a purpose.

Male depression is just your biological clock telling you it’s time to die in a war.
