It’s always possible that I’m wrong. Maybe SARS-COV-2 has been boxed into a corner, forced by a massive wall of antibodies to transform itself into an unremarkable common cold virus. It’s been five years by now. I don’t think that’s likely however. In East Asia, 25,000 years ago, a coronavirus outbreak left its genetic fingerprint on the population over a period of 200 human generations. That means a lot of people were removed from the gene pool during that period.
It’s possible of course that our species has figured out how to defuse every virus bomb we face, from monkeypox to Nipah, to Ebola, to SARS-COV-2. But in that case we face another nightmare. A rapidly warming planet that loses all its wild biodiversity, as we are kept monitored and entertained to death through artificial intelligence, in a world where all the possible art has already been made.
That’s what I really fear the most: Nothingburgering onwards towards oblivion. I’d rather have everyone take a high dose of Psilocybe mushrooms to lose their fear of death and to prepare for a “great reset” of sorts. We’re stuck on this exhausted planet desperate for a breathing pause, suffocating under the weight of eight billion primates, stuck in a story that can not have a happy ending, stuck with the prospect of undignified lonely deaths. We’ve lost all the narratives that used to give people meaning in life, only fanatics continue to desperately cling onto them, transforming the narratives into grotesque caricatures.
Low status white males who complain about the “great reset” always remind me of guys obsessed with the idea of their girlfriend cheating, or girls obsessed with the idea of being raped. You have to integrate your Jungian shadow. This world needs some kind of reset. The losers have to become winners and the winners have to become losers. It’s long overdue.
Isn’t the prospect of Klaus Schwab with his heavy German accent meandering endlessly about the “great continuation” much scarier than the prospect of a “great reset” to you? Well, that’s basically Trump’s promise, isn’t it? Global warming is a hoax, stocks and real estate will keep going up forever, everyone has to be America’s bitch forever, everything has to continue the way we’re used to, as we dance the night away to disco music from the 70’s, surrounded by fake-blonde women who are not allowed to age.
No, I think Klaus Schwab is onto something: Something has to happen. I can’t accept the obvious thing. I can’t accept that this is it, I really can’t. I won’t. Never.
i see you have begun blogging again. do you always have to be so fucking whiny? there is a perverse and admirable beauty in this system finding a way to perpetuate itself long into the future- as a loser i often daydream about how in half a million years or so the few stragglers and survivors of our long lost era will have built various new and interesting societies, some hellish, some consensual and wonderful but all of them interesting in some way. i even dare to hope that there will be some way for people like us to see it, even just for a fragment of a second, maybe just a momentary vision at our deaths- but wouldnt it be undeniably funny if when our dying specks slingshotted into the distant future for a second we saw the same stupid world on its millionth iteration of the same reskinned arguments, perverse incentives, dangling swords and Hero Shooter games?
Can you please masturbate me with your wet bleeding anus?
duhhh ok
Obviously Richard’s suggestion is demonic.
But I also have to admit I find a lot of Rintrah’s posts to just be extremely nihilistic, and it’s hard to know what to say to someone who is that negative.
This mindset will become a self-perpetuating curse, where your decision not to try will result in more failure, which you will then use to rationalize your cynicism, and on and on.
I find myself agreeing with the suggestions of the apocalyptic crowd, when it comes to the system not working in the long run / vaccines failed / problems that haven’t been addressed which will bite us in the ass in the future / and on and on, but many of them use these collective problems to excuse their own individual nihilism– I don’t think you should ever ‘just give up’ or refuse to try, under any circumstances.
I know a number of seriously depressed people. What one is to say is that one does the best one can. We don’t know until the moment, what the particular circumstances will be; there may be things to do or try that are not evident now, or further Guidance that we don’t have yet. And then, if they are not offended by the suggestion, that they should turn to Christ. Since those are the only actual answers whether or not there is doom; it is the same answers.
What the doom crowd does not get; what Rintrah does not get, is the intersection of the tragedy of regular life and the tragedy of doomer outcomes. Life has always been very hard. The doom outcomes are not any different in kind from the outcomes that loads of people have historically faced. Or they may be different in kind on some planet level but they are not different in kind for the individual. The answer is to do our best and and to pray and have trust in our Savior.
Luc Montagnier, Geert Vanden Bossche, and Radagast have all sounded the alarm bells. Their predictions have been proven right all along the way, minus Geert’s timing which is impossible to forecast. My question is why do other experts in vaccines, virology, and doctors fail to come to this conclusion. Is it the fact that they can’t go there since they were vaccinated or participated in vaccinating others? Do they just not understand the complexity of the bodies immune system? Are they in fear of losing their job and not being able to provide for their families? My guess is most are clueless but the ones that know lack the courage to come forward.
Lack of courage maybe?, but yeah I thought there would be more than Radagast and Geert.
Maybe they just don’t want to upset everyone?
There once was a fishing boat that got chewed up by a huge shark and sank.
The skipper and the crew were all treading water, when the skipper noticed the huge shark was circling them, but he decided against telling his crew who hadn’t spotted it.
The skipper figured that it was pointless making his crew spend what might be their last moments in terror.
They are part of The System. Make an independent comment, and you’re OUT. And the Orwellian censorship of the Western Free Press ensures that the proles remain blissfully ignorant, and won’t see it coming until it’s too late. Then The Panic will accelerate the process. You really can be tempted to believe that creatures bent on human destruction are in charge, or is it just capitalism and ‘Western Moral Values’ in action?

Yes, it would be nice for the whole system to go ‘away’ before it reaches a point where it destroys everything. I can imagine a time, like in that famous essay, where the ‘future doesn’t need us’ as intelligent machines will do all the thinking, do all the work, and are in control. I think we should flip that essay’s on its head – instead of explaining “why the future doesn’t need us” we should instead be asking “why do we need this future?”. I mean, really, what’s in it for a human being? What’s coming isn’t a future that any of us want to live in. It’s bad enough already. But in the future, there will be no room for the human spirit – we will not be able to think and behave naturally. This will cause us permanent distress and misery. At that point, we will ask ourselves: “what is there really in this system for us?” Perhaps at that point we will burn it all down rather than go quietly to the camp for reprogramming our human nature away and becoming a complacent meatbot – which is a process that will be readily available for our own… Read more »
Wombat, you quoted Ted Kaczynski at me a while back. I almost answered with my thoughts but frankly, you bore me with your well crafted mini-essays, mostly complaining about capitalism.
It’s too much work arguing with you and I don’t think this comment section is about that.
Say what you want but don’t expect me to drown in your long paragraphs of text. I don’t have the energy or interest.
Sometimes I read all the way through, if I don’t fall asleep along the way with all your subtle witticisms.
My recent posts have followed a theme: I’ve been looking at issues and events through a particular set of filters, and it’s been interesting to see the theory match reality. I’ve been trying to express these ideas plainly and clearly, because I’m trying to present things even-handedly, so other people can make up their own minds. This exchange makes me wonder how difficult it can be to speak up when words or sharpness land unevenly. I try not to step too deeply into someone else’s inner life – that’s not my way. I’m egalitarian by nature and prefer letting people to come to insight on their own by laying out the facts, rather than trying to force things or roll over them, which rarely works anyway. Still, I find it hard to ignore the impact that words can have on those who seem vulnerable or have less space to respond. Part of me wants to bring these patterns that matter to the surface and protect, but another part resists presuming authority over others’ inner lives. I struggle with meanness aimed downward – it’s not pleasant to give or receive, and sitting back and watching it feels like complicity. Do you… Read more »
Sorry I get all manic and post retarded shit then I get embarrassed and delete it. I’m still around lmao.
I don’t think my dream about Lord Shiva, DMT, and God is really appropriate to be shared here. Nor my recent sperging about other nonsense. I just got really excited but I shouldn’t post stuff like that here pretty sure.
Anyway, I am good! Thanks for caring!
Excellent news! I was worried about you.
I wasn’t.
>I wasn’t.
There was supposed to be an image of Eustace from Courage the Cowardly Dog since that’s how I imagine Charlie.
I have to admit I find how cantankerous Charlie is somewhat amusing. I also admire Charlie’s dedication to keep posting despite getting downvotes (Big Bird, who hasn’t posted in a while, was like this too). Sensitive Young Man always reverts back to being the ultimate victim whenever you criticize him, but he’s spent months posting mindless nonsense on here– fueled by drugs or AI or both– and often with disgusting fetishes thrown in for extra shock value (since nothing he says is interesting enough for people to read otherwise). And it’s all just to offend everyone, there is no other goal to any of it. He is the ultimate victim, but it’s not due to having an absent parent– some 40-50% of the people I knew growing up had similar issues, absent / single-parent households are not exactly uncommon these days– but because he’s been overprotected to compensate for that, and is now a stunted manchild whose entire existence revolves around avoiding reality and how much he hates his life. This kind of stuff is bad enough for a middle-schooler / 13 yr old (which is who he writes like) but it’s a disaster for a 25 year old to… Read more »
I remember you reading one of my posts and you just saying “I didn’t read any of this”. I doubt that’s true judging by this post but that’s what I remember about you.
Oh yeah, you also got really excited when I first deleted my posts and you were like “It’s a Christmas Miracle he got banned!” lmao.
Anyway I read this post of yours. You are very normie and and it’s kinda dull homeslice.
>Blah blah blah you’re immature get a job – assorted boomer noises.
I like Charlie’s posts actually. Charlie is very entertaining. Why should I ever read another one of your posts Strangelove? What do you bring to the table?
Just to set the record straight btw, I do leave my mother’s basement on occasion.
For example, I wander around the woods looking at bugs. I don’t know how to drive so I just walk miles around my town to get places and everyone knows me since I wave at them and keep good mannerisms. I used to shoplift on occasion as-well but stopped doing that. Sometimes I sleep in the woods. I get chased by dogs often.
Recently I’ve been going to Church. I told these boomers I know who drive me there that when the Neuralink brain chips are released I’m gonna get one so I can play the new video games; and that I trust Tesla since it’s a good company ran by patriot Elon Musk.
They’re libertarians who like Trump and so they had nothing to say when I explained that the brainchips will be sold by the virtuous corporations they worship, rather than enforced by the Big Brother state they’re convinced is just around the corner.
Life is highly amusing.
I’ve always been like this btw, in Middle School I made up a religion about Gecko Jesus and tried to convert my classmate to it.
>Oh yeah, you also got really excited when I first deleted my posts and you were like “It’s a Christmas Miracle he got banned!” lmao. LOL, it was a great moment– and I wish he’d done it. >Anyway I read this post of yours. You are very normie and and it’s kinda dull homeslice. Yeah, I used to think I was ‘out there’ and all that, but after reading this blog– very normie, compared to you guys. But I see that as a good thing now. I find it weird / amusing / ironic how you all make fun of the dumb conformist normies, but it turns you live in a cope-chamber, actually closer to a CIA / KGB dungeon than anything dignified or worth aspiring to. Endless escapism from reality, doing no productive or fulfilling work, maximum self-isolation, endless cynicism, and to top it all off indulging in weird fetishes and bizarre drugs (I’m guessing b/c you’re so dead inside you need external shocks to feel something). It sounds more like torture to me, but for whatever reason you do it to yourselves, for no real reason, and even think of yourselves as superior LOL. >I like Charlie’s posts… Read more »
>You don’t have to read my posts if you don’t want to– did I say you did? Feel free not to. I probably will end up reading your posts, but just like all the previous times I’ve read your posts I probably won’t remember anything about them if they don’t directly relate to me since they’re boring. What do you write about? I have no idea honestly, I just know you got a bone to pick with me for whatever reason. Honestly It seems like you’re projecting some shit here. Like do you find a lot of fulfillment in your wagie job or whatever it is you do? Is the wife or the girlfriend everything you dream of? I genuinely hope you’re happy. Not being ironic about that! Not everyone deserves to suffer as I have suffered. I was born a mental retard who can barely comprehend math. Didn’t figure out how to tie my shoes until six grade. Alcoholic parents. My father gaslight, hit, and molested me and went to jail. Sorry I’m not as functional as you and I’m a little strange. I could give you my whole sob story and explain just how much pain I have… Read more »
Any outside observers, can you tell me what Mr. Strangelove writes about most of the time here? I’m genuinely curious and I can’t be bothered to track down some of his old posts.
> any normal adult is going to make fun of you and tell you to grow up which doesn’t mean killing yourself or whatever but more like ‘stop whining and find something real to do’.
Come again?
“Real to do”
Real.
Hm.
Let’s assume there is no disease, climate, soil quality or peak [insert resource] problem to cause mass death, as your hypothetical describes.
Sorry buddy, there is still a huge problem. Purchasing power inequality keeps growing and growing. The factories that make stuff for ordinary people shut down because their customers have no money. The only factories that remain are the ones subscribed to an ever-narrowing tiny sliver of customers. Every other factory lays everybody off, even the shitty temu factories. No bread, no circuses.
Yeah, and blog software which consumes a LOT of energy. Like this one. Rintrah should switch his site to a system like HUGO, gohugo.io
The energy consumption would drop by 99% compared with a wordpress blog.
Who cares? Cactus theory smites your entire claim.

I do love how the denialist psychopaths are becoming MORE fanatic as the hideous cavalcade of climate and weather disasters only grow and grow. We have just suffered an ghastly heat-wave in south-east Arsetralia with record temperatures up to near 50 Celsius, and an ‘unprecedented’ persistence under a ‘heat dome’. Yet, the Murdoch metastases screech abuse at ‘alarmists’, declaring that it’s ‘just summer’.
I often wondered what motivated these vermin. Some, of course, are on various pay-rolls, including Murdoch’s, others are simply rabid Rightwing cretins, but others, I believe, are infected with a deep, psychopathic, hatred of humanity, and a desire to see it harmed, preferably exterminated.
I don’t think climate denialists are evil. It’s worse than that – evil you can reason with. Like you, I’ve wondered what motivates the deniers. Look into something called death denial. If you’re wondering why telling people the facts doesn’t work – about climate change, or even about profit accumulation, which is basically the vain hope of buying immortality one day – then death denial (see Terror Management Theory) is the best explanation I’ve found for this otherwise totally irrational behaviour. The key concept is that death denial isn’t some optional quirk – we need it to get us out of bed each day. It’s a necessary system. It protects us from the terror of knowing we’re going to die. Climate change threatens the stories and myths that keep that system running. So, and here is the hard part: if we want people to actually address climate change, we can’t just tell them the facts. That’s been tried and failed. Instead, we also have to replace the failing death-denial stories with something new – a story that offers meaning, identity, moral worth, and the sense that what they do actually matters, that their life is important and leaves a mark,… Read more »

Just a gentle reminder that if you’re a 5′ 9″ male (median height among adult men in the U.S.) almost 85% of females on online dating apps will never even see your profile:
https://www.reddit.com/r/AverageHeightDudes/s/buQU0RYH87
I think I’m ready for this “great reset” that you speak of.
*85% of females who have a height preference to begin with
Women don’t specifically search for short men I guess, but there are plenty who just don’t really care.
Why do you need the world to effectively end in order to be happy?
We see the world as we are.
Nah. That New Cage philosophy finds no purchase on this blog. And rightfully so.
That’s an interesting term – I haven’t heard it before.
The blog is, collectively, the author and any commenters who aren’t banned.
You do not control that group of people; you are not in a position to say what philosophies are “allowed.”
Just saying.
I was not attempting to exert control.
I was merely making an observation about what Rad (and others here) tend to favor.
Despite Rad’s former endorsement of the philosophy of Idealism (best expressed by his fellow Countryman Bernardo Kastrup) he still slips into conventional notions of an “objective world”
I don’t blame him for this. The issue is slippery and I don’t claim to have any final answers myself. But I do understand the dilemma.
The phrase “finds no purchase” is archaic, and possibly unfamiliar to you.
What if you’re right? If it happens, and the virus mutates into something the mRNA vaccinated cannot fight off, but others can, then that could be all she wrote for western civilization, but would the disaster be even everywhere? The east used a different technology, so maybe they would be okay? If yes, presumably they’d have to send engineers to keep western reactors and other infrastructure from going critical/failing and causing further disasters. Make themselves busy cleaning up for a while, then there would be fresh horizons and new lands for them to explore. A total disaster for the west, which would be basically extinct in heavily mRNA vaccinated places, but it could buy the east a solid amount of extra time and fix a lot of problems for them: less competition, more space, so they’d be able to have big families without stress, more time to solve technical problems, more headroom for profit and accumulation, etc. Could be the best thing that ever happened to them. For us though, well, it would be basically the end of the road. Oz would probably be a giant necropolis, so would NZ. They may not stay empty for long though – there’d… Read more »
If you care about the planet and the animals in africa, then low status whites are your only friends. Asians, africans and south americans are the ones who breed themselves into serious overshoot. In 100 years, africans will have turned their continent into one big farm and cattle ranch, nature will be gone.
To save the planet, whites need to stick together and exterminate the rest. Sorry. I know it sounds bad, but it’s true.
Yes, rintrah is wrong about covid. Corona viruses have probably been around for millions of years. Which means humans have partial immunity. A bad-ish variant surfaces every few 100 years and the 1% weakest die. But the population shrugs it off, provided they didn’t harm themselves by taking an experimental drug that was only tested for 4 months. Thus, it is pretty much over now.
You seem not to have heard of ‘gain of function’ ie bio-warfare, research.
We are in the garbage time of history. How could it end any other way?

We need a powerful world government to exercise more centralized power. That’s the only solution to global threats like rapid warming and coronaviruses.
We already have one-it’s called ‘Israel’
Klaus Schwab is a snob.
Okay, I forgot, Rintrah has also fear from “machine demons” (aka AI). Plus invisible spike proteins, plus invisible and harmless trace gas CO2 as I mentioned yesterday.
He fears invisible things, things he cannot see and think they threaten his live. You should go really fast and seek psychological help my friend…
I also wonder why you don’t kill yourself if the future is so dark and depressing, full of disasters which will kill humans in billions. Why do you live and use ressources and breathe out CO2. I really don’t understand that, what keeps you alive?
Cunt
There you go Charlie – short enough for ya!
Richard made a legitimate comment about Radagast’s fear of invisible things that he hopes will bring down human civilization, and it was amusing to me but the suggestion about “killing yourself” wàs way out of acceptable boundaries.
That is Richard’s modus; haven’t you noticed that? He will write something that has some truth to it. Then he will explode in a spasm of demented old man rage and express infinite hate. I think his caregivers have to spend a lot of time cleaning drool off of his keyboard. He really hates young men; that is for sure. He hopes all young men will die. That is a common focus of old man hatred. I hope he finds a better path than this.
I think Rintrah should consider banning him. Rintrah may feel that he himself is strong enough to deal with this kind of evil suggestion, but if Richard says that to someone else, it could cause something very bad. There are people on here who are very fragile.
“There are people on here who are very fragile”. Then maybe Rintrah should stop posting this nonsense. It’s too obvious by now that he wants really bad shit to happen asap for him to feel less miserable. He lacks the will to get out of his own misery, so he wants misery for everyone and disguises it as if it were for the benefit of the human race or the planet.
A PRIZE moron. You MUST move to Arsetralia where the Moron is King.
