I saw Ruppert speak at a gathering in California. Can’t remember what he said but I thought he was very impressive as a public speaker. He was going on about peak oil and doom.
There was a man in the audience who stood up and started yelling. The audience jeered at him, called him FBI and told him to sit down and shut up.
He upset too many people. He lived a fulfilling life, but he sadly died of involuntary suicide.

Haha, my husband has a European friend whose class credentials are impeccable and every time she visited to the U.S. (back when she did visit the U.S.) she would most of all want Ranch Flavor Doritoes.
But times have changed. Unfortunately U.S. manufacturers now use some sort of disgusting non-food oil to make regular snack foods and they are inedible; the last time I had some flavored potato chips I thought I was back traveling in India; my stomach gurgled for twelve hours straight; I waited a week and tried them again and same thing. U.S. processed food is toxic waste.
It’s buttermilk with herbs in it. Can they not just make it?

Tzatziki is known. There are many mayo-variants thru the Balkan. There is French dressing, dozens of dozens of sauces with jogurt, mayo, crème fraîche, buttermilk, milk, cream and double cream.

The best dressing I ever tasted was included in one of those “party platters” of many different crunchy vegetables. At first glance, it was a Ranch dressing. But I knew I was not the biggest fan of Ranch dressing, and was perplexed, so I did the Googles and learned it was “Ranch with Everything Bagel Seasoning”.
Further investigation revealed this particular manna had a yoghurt base instead of the buttermilk or mayonnaise base.
I spent a few hours trying to track down manufacturers of the bottled version, but came up empty handed.
If any reader can point me to easily accessible and purchasable bottled versions of this manna, I will be eternally grateful.

It has the buttermilk, so I am skeptical. What I remember from that tasting years ago was its lightness and seasoning. Perhaps this will do.

There are eggs in it (as little as possible I am sure) but it could be made with pasture raised eggs (those chickens have good lives).
Manufactured food doesn’t have much actual animal product in it because animal products are more expensive than canola oil and other industrial dreck. Industrial processed slop food for humans is better for animal welfare than traditional real food. However it is probably part of the reason that your generation is getting sick so young.
Years ago I came upon a study that found that the people who lived longest ate animal flesh on average once a month; that seems plausible to me. I think that could be managed in a fully humane way population wide but good luck with that.
There is more than one version of the Mediterranean diet. The Greeks are pretty close to vegan half the year. The Italians eat loads of animal products.
Doctors as such take one nutrition course in total while in medical school, and merely look at bloodwork and prescribe blood pressure meds and statins. As far as health goes, your generation also has pollutants and covid and the shots.
Anyway, I still think that eating pasture raised eggs is not cruel. And alpha gal will take care of a lot of the rest; half the population of Martha’s Vineyard has it now and it is spreading like crazy.
