A country dedicated to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” is an idea so retarded I would think it must have been founded by Effective Altruists if I didn’t know better.
Happiness is like a rainbow. If you pursue it, it will always stay out of reach. Love and happiness are experiences that conquer you, against your own best effort to resist.
If you’re going to pursue anything at all, try finding something you love so much that you would die for it, then sacrifice every fiber in your soul to it.
It’s the only rule you have to follow. Everything else will just fall into place on its own.
How can you hate the USA – given your tribe and the whole purpose of its existence? Sir Issac Newton and his merry band of millennial dispensationalists were the founding fathers of America. The country only exists for the sole purpose of the upcoming sacrifice of the red heifer, rebuilding of the Third Temple and then the coming of the Mashiach (first, or second, depending on your view). This is the whole point of why the US was created.
What is then the point of Trump starting the war between Gog and Magog? What is then the point of Trump? He only did this for you.
As Wombat would say, Crikey.
No, Wombat would say * Cackle *
Unfortunately, we’ll probably never hear from him again since Sensitive Young Idiot caused him to lose his shit.
There is obviously a symbolic meaning underlying it, but no, they really do ritually sacrifice the red heifer. The whole thing is horribly diabolical. Imagine raising a family pet, let’s say a dog, and treating it like a member of the family, giving it the best food, the best care, and genuinely considering it a faithful companion and friend, but then killing it when it’s healthiest and happiest and in its most beautiful prime. That’s what they do with the red heifer. Despite having a high percentage of vegans in ISRAEL, animal sacrifice is still alive and kicking there. I used to think kosher was better, you know, more humane, and even though I’m not Jewish I would buy kosher, but it’s not more humane, Kosher slaughter is actually horrible, it’s like torture, a slow death, they slowly let it bleed to death, strategically puncturing it so that it doesn’t die right away, so as to maximize the suffering. You think I don’t know the Jews, but I know the Jews. I went to school with them. My high school homeroom teacher was an Orthodox Jew, and one of my English teachers was also a rabbi, and I only became… Read more »
Hmm… so what other countries do you hate less?
If your ranking is based on hate, maybe the problem is you.
Just sayin.
I love your forthright uncompromising originality but I have to say I’m disappointed you’re being so brief.
You could expand on this, tell us a hundred other reasons why you hate America.
I feel a bit shortchanged.

I’m flattered you want me to expend more words on my ideas. I generally tend to feel like I am overly verbose here.
You write very good, clear English and your articles that are packed with research links I tend to save for future reference.
But some of the posters here write bloated, pretentious English that I find really obnoxious. They wander around wasting my time with phony verbosity, inflated diction, and just try way too hard to sound impressively clever and erudite.
You know who’s a really great writer? Jim Kunstler, the master of metaphor. He used to be a peak oil guy.

RR is not too verbose – you are.
Look up the definition of “verbosity,” you twit.
How do you feel about China? To be clear, I mean the PRC, not any past version of China.
there’s a sick desperation in your laugh.
Well, we aren’t euthanizing children under twelve, as the Netherlands just did. So I guess we are pro life indeed. You can still speak freely here, at least compared with in most of Europe; you don’t get arrested for praying in the street as in England, so a (comparative) win on liberty. And what you are describing as good, is the pursuit of happiness; it makes sense to construe the phrase as pursing what one loves (rather than happiness as such). The U.S. has a lot of problems but I think we do comparatively okay on those points. And you rely on those things; all of us reading here do.
i really dont think a guy constantly on the verge of breakdowns, who was nearly manic with grief just the other week at having never touched a boob, or really achieved any of the milestones a male is supposed to have experienced, should be so haughtily telling others how to live their lives.
I have in fact touched a boob. Like kissing, I found it a bit of a disappointing experience, if I’m really honest.
Lacan said the worst thing that can happen to a person is to have their desires fulfilled. I think that is true.
When you finally have sex you can go back to that reddit thread about virginity loss and describe how lame it was.
Just kidding. Who knows.
A person in my life told me that when he first had sex as a young man that the thing that came into his brain immediately afterwards was the sudden certainty that he would be working like a dog for the rest of his life. Hahahahaha. Maybe that is what you are dreading.
as another guy who has way below average sexual experience for the age bracket, this all reads like cope- we don’t believe that we are able to consistently obtain things like boob touching for whatever reasons (in our case most likely our thoroughly broken brains), so we rise above them by pretending that they’re Disappointing. if we compare them to a hypothetical cessation of our mental illnesses- as if upon honking a breast what was supposed to happen is that we would shake our head clear of the fog, blink once or twice and ask what we’ve been doing and how long it’s been- we can even start to believe this, but any halfway normal person sees this as insane.
its really not that big a deal to have desires, and if it really was a big deal to you- you have the money and time, its been 6 years since covid now, you could be fully ordained as a monk if you were really serious about getting over your desires and not just trying to convince yourself that your lack of fulfilling them is the same as overcoming them. but here we are.
“ Lacan said the worst thing that can happen to a person is to have their desires fulfilled. I think that is true.”
I can tell you from experience that the adage: “Be careful what you wish for – you just might get it” is truer than most people can imagine.

It explains my presence here and my bondage to this blog (which is thankfully loosening).
Additionally, this perverse and twisted “ontological logic” or “psycho spiritual physics” which pervades the world, i.e., “getting what you want ultimately punishes you” is simply another datum that we are living in a Hell Realm (for those who bother to keep score of such things).

“If a man were to have his every desire fulfilled, he would be a horror to behold.” — Hyatt
Note: After thinking about it some more, I think what made it disappointing is the inescapable feeling that she wasn’t that much into me, rather I was just a participant for her to indulge in one her typical feminine taboo fantasies.
Maybe I’m a fool (for sure I’m a fool) because I have a girl who will rob every bill I carelessly leave lying around and buy crack with it, but there is nothing in the world which energizes me quite like she does.
And we have no sex because I deny to be her fuck-robot, and said her we could have sex but not mindless impulsive sex just to let off steam. That’s my rule and she accepts it.
Diogenes still lives!
I was worried you were going to become one of the hundreds of thousands of Europeans dying of heatstroke this summer.

Maybe, if instead of touching a boob, you had caressed a boob, you would have avoided a disappointing experience. Give it another try, old chap.
Originally America was “life, liberty, and property,” and ONLY for “free white persons of good character.”
Historical fact.
America was cool once, but it’s over. We need a new all aryan anarchy zone.
>need a new all aryan anarchy zone
CHAZ but racist, what could go wrong?
Yes. Literally, yes, that is precisely what I believe in.

Thanks bro, but the Jenny shtick is kind of played out by now
Hey CV, any long hikes in the Washington wilderness lately? Do you carry a gun to protect yourself from mountain lions, bears and wolves? Obviously the risk of attack (or even encountering them in the first place) is extremely rare but still…
I had a teacher once who asked us all one by one if we would rather have a long life or a short life of glory. Everybody said they wanted a long life. He was especially disappointed when I said it. He expected a different answer from me.
I’m disappointed too Charlie.
There’s nothing more American than this. One of my favorite songs and the video is righteous. https://youtu.be/DcHKOC64KnE She said, “I’ll throw myself away” “They’re just photos after all” I can’t make you hang around I can’t wash you off my skin Outside the frame Is what we’re leaving out You won’t remember anyway I can go with the flow Don’t say it doesn’t matter (I can go with the flow) (Doesn’t matter anymore) I can go with the flow (I can go) Do you believe it in your head? It’s so safe to play along Little soldiers in a row Falling in and out of love Something sweet to throw away I want something good to die for To make it beautiful to live I want a new mistake, lose is more than hesitate Do you believe it in your head? I can go with the flow Don’t say it doesn’t matter (I can go with the flow) (It doesn’t) matter anymore I can go with the flow (I can go with the flow) Do you believe it in your head? Do you believe it in your head? Do you believe it in your head? No, no No, no No,… Read more »
“Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” is a retarded idea??
Never heard that one before!
It obviously means escape from tyranny – at that time the British monarchy – to be able to do what you want without an unelected boot on your neck.
FREEEDOMMMMMM
DON’T TREAD ON ME!
And
NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION
I happen to be the direct descendant of an extremely important founding father. Yep, without my old grandpappy there would be no USA today. I even look a lot like him.
That and $5 will get me a cup of coffee.
